How can I use Universal Analytics properties with Big Brother?

Universal Analytics properties were created in 2020 or before, and are the legacy version of Google Analytics. 

To view analytics from those older properties, you'll need to use Big Brother v1. This can be downloaded for free from the modmore package provider. 

First, if you haven't yet, signup and add our provider to your MODX installation. Use the small arrow on the Download Extras button to Select a provider, and choose the modmore provider. 

Search for Big Brother and look carefully at the Version column. Multiple versions of Big Brother can be installed, but for Universal Analytics you need to use v1. At time of writing, that's v1.5. Note that v1 does not support MODX 3.

For Google Analytics 4 properties, you need to use Big Brother v2.
