Can I get a refund on a license?

Due to the digital nature of our products, and the availability of free development licenses, the general answer is no. There are enough ways to trial our products before making a purchase, so we strongly encourage taking advantage of those.

That said, if you find yourself unsatisfied with our extras, please tell us! Send us an email with the reason has you looking for our refund policy, and we'll do what we can for you from there. Sometimes that may come in the form of a refund, credit being assigned to your account as a discount on future purchases, or preparing an update that resolves an issue you've encountered.
